Join me for a 60-minute Mat Pilates flow emphasizing breath, precision, concentration, and other key Pilates principles to guide us through a variety of exercises. A private session offers a focused and exclusive experience that caters specifically to you. Please Note: I believe in making Pilates an accessible practice for everyone. While the average cost of a private session typically ranges from $55 to $150, I offer pricing on a sliding scale so that there is not a barrier to entry for those who may have financial constraints.
